Here's what you'll need on your first day:

  • Try to come on an empty stomach (refrain from eating 2-3 hours before class)
  • Arrive 15 min early (no pre-registration requied)
  • Wear light stretch clothing if possible
  • Bring a large beach towel
  • Bring a yoga mat (yoga mats are also available for rent at the studio)
  • Bring an empty water bottle ready to fill with clean Kangen water (bottomless refills are available for $1)
  • Bring your first timer coupon and waiver form (you can download these items via the links at the bottom of this page)
